Our production is different - it is demanding in many ways. First, you need to weave a linen fabric that will meet the specific needs of garment dyeing. This first step towards a unique product is responsibly ensured for us by the last weaving mill in our country that is dedicated to weaving flax. It is then up to us to invent and adjust well-fitting, comfortable and timeless cuts. Subsequently, each new linen piece begins to be created under the hands of a professional tailor and several seamstresses, whom we greatly respect for their precise and irreplaceable approach. This is followed by garment dyeing in a professional dye shop in the shades we have chosen for the collection from the Pantone scale. Garment dyeing is the icing on the cake. It has to be preceded by many non-standard steps, and even then the whole process is very demanding. We have learned a lot over many years of work, but even so, there are a lot of pitfalls on the way to perfectly fine linen that you need to be aware of. It's a lively creative process that we enjoy. After dyeing, the products are returned to the hands of seamstresses, who iron them, precisely sew Czech buttons and signs. At the end of the whole process, there is a unique and noble piece that carries a unique energy...
Garment dyeing - a slightly different production...
